Mr.
Aste joined the Firm in 1979. He became a partner in 1986.
He focuses on the defense of professional and product liability claims,
complex construction and motor vehicle bodily injury and property damage claims,
public entity civil rights and tort liability claims, and commercial general liability
and motor vehicle insurance coverage disputes.
Mr. Aste litigates in the Superior Court of New Jersey trial and appellate courts,
before New Jersey administrative agencies, in the United States District Court
for the District of New Jersey, in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Aste advises insurers with respect to commercial general liability additional
insurance and indemnity issues, professional liability insurance coverage, third party
liability, uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist insurance issues, federal civil
rights issues, and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.
