Mr. DeDonato maintains an extensive trial and appellate practice in New Jersey and New York. He has tried to verdict many lawsuits of substantial exposure in both States.

Mr. DeDonato has been attorney of record, briefed and argued various significant cases in New Jersey and New York. He has many published judicial decisions in the Federal and State Courts of New Jersey and New York . The New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Trial Attorney Certification designated him a Certified Civil Trial Attorney in 1990. He was recertified in 1997, 2004 and 2010. His Martindale-Hubbell Legal Rating is AV.

Mr. DeDonato has been included in New Jersey Monthly and Law and Politics Magazines as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 . He was also included by Law and Politics as a New York Super Lawyer for 2006, one of only several lawyers nationwide who has been so designated in two States.
