Mr. Hall began his professional legal career with the firm. He specializes in complex civil litigation, general litigation and appellate matters focusing on insurance disputes including: commercial general liability, advertising injury, personal lines, automobile liability, uninsured and underinsured motorist, and no-fault insurance coverages. His areas of insurance practice include product defect, construction defect, environmental damage, property damage, advertising injury, additional insured, indemnification, subrogation, notice, estoppel, misrepresentation and insurance fraud.

Mr. Hall's Litigation practice extends to the defense of insureds in underlying personal injury and property damage claims in the areas of public entity liability, general liability, and auto liability. Mr. Hall counsels insurers on the applicability and scope of insurance, and coverage defenses in New Jersey and New York.

Prior to coming to the law firm of Morgan Melhuish Abrutyn Mr. Hall was engaged in a successful career in the criminal justice community, with distinguished service in civilian and military law enforcement agencies.
