Ms. Hart has significant experience in all facets of the litigation process. Ms. Hart began her legal career with a staff counsel office of the Travelers Insurance Company where she handled negligence cases venued in the Bronx, New York. Prior to joining Morgan Melhuish Abrutyn, Ms. Hart was with a defense litigation firm where she represented clients in cases involving worker’s compensation, premises liability, Title 59, professional malpractice, and claims against charitable orga nizations. Ms. Hart has tried cases through verdict in the Superior Court as well as befo re the Division of Worker’s Compensation. She has prepared briefs and argued before the Appellate Division. Ms. Hart has experience in the Federal Court as well as in New Jersey Municipal courts.
