Mr.
Heines is a 2000 graduate of the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Literature. He graduated from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden in 2004,
where he was a Hunter Moot Court quarterfinalist and winner of a top ten brief.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Heines clerked for the Honorable Paulette
Sapp-Peterson, Presiding Judge of the Mercer County Superior Court of New Jersey,
Civil Division, before her elevation to Appellate Division. Mr. Heines’ areas
of expertise include professional liability, personal injury, employment litigation,
public entity defense, and general civil litigation.
