Mr.
Kadish has 32 years of litigated experience
in all types of bodily injury and property damage
cases and insurance coverage disputes, and he
is, since 1983, a certified civil trial attorney
designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey,
board on trial attorney certification. He has
also been admitted in New York for 24 years and
he has tried civil defense cases in New York Supreme
Court, in New York County, Kings County and Bronx
County. He has also tried cases in federal courts
in both New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Kadish has been an adjunct
professor at both Middlesex and Morris County
Colleges, having taught insurance courses and
principles of business law.
From 1991 through the fall of
2000, Mr. Kadish was a bar examiner on the New
Jersey Board of Bar Examiners appointed by the
New Jersey Supreme Court, and was responsible
for the drafting of bar examination questions
in torts, evidence, real property and constitutional
law.Mr. Kadish in addition to trying cases in
state and federal courts in both New York and
New Jersey has had an extensive appellate practice
and has been on of the attorneys of record in
many published opinions issue by the New Jersey
Appellate Division and has participated in a reported
decision from the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Mr. Kadish is also a member of
the Firm’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Kadish has participated in
many firm seminars for clients on Employment Discrimination,
June of 1997; Alternate Dispute Resolution, November
of 1993, and others.
