Mr. Leicht has spent his entire professional career at Morgan Melhuish Abrutyn, having become a partner in 1996. He is one of the firm’s senior trial attorneys and has successfully tried numerous cases in both State and Federal Court. Mr. Leicht specializes in litigation in the following areas:

  1. Professional malpractice and complex civil litigation;
  2. Transportation and trucking;
  3. Civil rights and municipal liability;
  4. Products liability;
  5. General personal injury;
  6. General equity and commercial litigation.

Mr. Leicht has also successfully handled appellate matters in the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Leicht is a member of the firm’s executive committee and was recognized in New Jersey Monthly magazine as a “Super Lawyer” in the field of Civil Litigation Defense in 2005-2010 ("Top 100" in 2009 and 2010). He was also recognized in New York magazine as one of the New York area’s “Top Lawyers” in 2006-2009, in the fields of Personal Injury Litigation and Transportation Law.
