Mr. Loughlin practices in all areas of civil and commercial litigation, representing corporate and individual clients in
contract disputes, medical malpractice, municipal matters, product and premises liability, real estate and toxic tort/environmental law in state and federal courts
throughout New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Loughlin is a Town Councilman in Westfield, New Jersey, where he serves as Vice Chairman of the Public Safety, Parking and Transportation Committee
and as a member of the Public Works Committee.
He also serves as Council Liaison to the Westfield Memorial Library Board of Trustees.
Mr. Loughlin also works as Policy Director to New Jersey Assemblyman Jon Bramnick in New Jersey’s Legislative District 21,
representing Berkeley Heights, Bernards, Chatham Borough, Cranford, Far Hills, Garwood, Kenilworth, Long Hill, Mountainside, New Providence, Roselle Park,
Springfield, Summit, Warren, Watchung and Westfield.
Keith Loughlin was recognized in New Jersey Monthly as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2009, 2010 and 2011.
