He has litigated many types of tort cases of a legally and/or technically complex nature involving substantial bodily injury and property damage. He has defended cases on behalf of manufacturers of chemical dyestuffs and colorants, agricultural products, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, asbestos containing products, motor vehicles, and juvenile products.
