Morgan presently specializes in complex
insurance coverage disputes acting as coverage
counsel for several insurance companies.
He is presently engaged in the litigation and mediation of inusurance coverage issues and claims including environmental problems, employment discrimination,
and construction defects.
Work
Experience
Prior to his being admitted to the
bar Mr. Morgan worked in the insurance industry
as an adjuster, underwriter, auditor, and
special agent. Since 1947, he has been a Partner
in the Firm now known as Morgan Melhuish
Abrutyn and has been one of
its senior partner since 1968.
He has, in recent years, been elected to Best Lawyers New York Area, Best Lawyers In America, and Best Lawyers Best of United State.
