Mr.
Morgan presently specializes in complex
insurance coverage disputes acting as coverage
counsel for several insurance companies. In addition
to furnishing coverage advice, Mr. Morgan is actively
engaged in the litigation process involving
environmental, insurance, discrimination, harrasment,
employers liability, construction, and
other kinds and types.
Work
Experience
Prior to his being admitted to the
bar Mr. Morgan worked in the insurance industry
as a claims adjuster, underwriter, auditor, and
special agent. Since 1947, he has been a Partner
in the Firm now known as Morgan Melhuish
Abrutyn and has been one of
its senior partner since 1968.
