Ms. O'Leary currently litigates all types of personal injury and property damage matters in both state and federal courts in New York. In addition, she handles professional liability claims. Recently, she successfully defended a small firearms manufacturer in the seminal products liability case Hamilton v. Accutek, 264 F.3d 21 C.A.2 (N.Y.) 2001. Ms. O'Leary became a partner with the firm in September 2001. Ms. O'Leary is currently of counsel to the firm.
