Mr. Raimon has represented creditors in various types of collection and subrogation matters in both the state courts of New Jersey and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. He was appointed to serve on a special New Jersey Supreme Court committee on Post-Judgment Collection Procedures in the Special Civil Part.. From 1986 through 2006, he was a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Special Civil Part Practice and he was the chairman of the Post-Judgment Sub-Committee from 1992 through 2006. As a member of the Special Civil Part Practice Committee, he has helped to draft some of New Jersey’s court rules dealing with the procedures for the collection of judgments in the State. He is currently a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Civil Practice.

Mr. Raimon is currently of counsel to the firm, in charge of the collection, subrogation and creditor’s rights matters.

Mr. Raimon has given seminars for the National Business Institute on the Collection of Judgments in New Jersey and on the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. He has also lectured on Collection Law in New Jersey for Lorman Educational Services.
