Published Opinions
During
Mr. Saia's fifteen years of association with the
firm, he has litigated virtually every type of
claim. He has specialized in municipal and public
liability law, insurance coverage disputes and
environmental law. During the last several years,
he has concentrated his practice on his corporate
clients as well as complex civil litigation.
Prior to coming
to the law firm of Morgan Melhuish, Monaghan,
Arvidson, Abrutyn & Lisowski, Mr. Saia worked
for the environmental consulting firm of Gershman,
Brickner & Bratton in Washington, D.C. From
February 1999 to October 1999, Mr. Saia was "Of
Counsel" to the firm while he attended the
University of Sydney Law School.
Mr. Saia has served as an adjunct
professor for the National Institute for Paralegal
Studies where he taught civil procedure, tort
law, criminal law and contract law.
Mr. Saia is currently enrolled
with the Legal Practitioner Admission Board in
Sydney, Australia, where he is in the process
of obtaining admission to the Bar of New South
Wales, Australia.
