Mr. Santos graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University’s College of Law and Whitman School of Management with a J.D./M.B.A. and was ranked sixth out of 276 students with a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.69. During his academic career, Mr. Santos was a member of the Syracuse Law Review, a research assistant to Assistant Professor of Law Gregory L. Germain, a member of the Justinian Honor Society and, upon graduation, was inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif. Upon graduation, Mr. Santos accepted a one-year position as an Appellate Court Attorney with the Appellate Division, Third Department, of the New York State Supreme Court and became a confidential law clerk to the judges of the Third Department, assisting them with various types of appeals. After his clerkship, Mr. Santos accepted an Associate position with the law firm of Morgan Melhuish Abrutyn in Livingston, New Jersey, working primarily in litigation and general liability defense.
