Ms. Surgan is a 2002 graduate of Brandeis University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics. She graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2005. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Surgan clerked for the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C. Ms. Surgan was named a New Jersey “Rising Star” in 2009 and 2010. Her practice focuses on professional liability claims defense, employment litigation defense, and public entity defense.
