Mr. Tobia is an experienced commercial litigator. During his career he has handled a wide spectrum of legal claims, covering all types of contract and commercial disputes. Mr. Tobia currently concentrates his practice in complex commercial matters, including construction lien law claims, corporate and partnership dissolutions, real estate and probate disputes, restrictive covenant issues and debt collection. Mr. Tobia also has extensive experience in consumer fraud law and fair debt collection practices cases. Mr. Tobia is certified as a mediator by the New Jersey Superior Court. Mr. Tobia has also served as a Barrister in the Seton Hall Alumni Association Inn of Court.
