Mr. Tripodo has litigated all types of personal injury matters and environmental coverage disputes. He has also handled construction and professional liability disputes, property damage matters and the defense of civil rights, harassment and employment discrimination litigation. His practice has included multiple appearances before the New Jersey Appellate Division and Supreme Court in areas including the New Jersey Tort Claims Act, environmental insurance coverage and premises liability, and he generally has enjoyed substantial success at every level. Mr. Tripodo has also served as an Arbitrator and Bar Panel member in several counties throughout New Jersey over the last 15 years.
