Jeff dedicates his practice to defending workers’ compensation matters. He has extensive experience handling all types of workers’ compensation claims from inception through trial. He regularly appears in workers’ compensation court statewide and often deals with complex issues in workers’ compensation including third-party subrogation litigation, fraud and Section 40 lien rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeff practiced at the Law Office of John J. Feczko, PC for over ten years. He accumulated significant general practice experience while practicing in New Jersey’s civil, municipal and workers’ compensation courts.
